In 2010, our founder Mo N. ElDeiry surveyed the legal landscape and saw attorneys working in isolation. Referrals, insight, and mentorship moved haphazardly and left many firms without the breadth of support their clients deserved. Mo was convinced that structured relationships could lift the profession, and he designed FLN Global with that goal in mind, as a chapter-driven support network built by lawyers for lawyers. From day one, he mandated practical value: consistent meetings, clear standards, and a mission to help every member grow their practice while delivering superior client care.
Since then, FLN Global has expanded steadily under Mo’s leadership, and he remains involved with each new business partner who opens a chapter. He shares proven recruitment tactics, meeting formats, and referral strategies that help leaders build vibrant communities without neglecting their own practices.
